Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Terms and Conditions") carefully before purchasing products or services from Swift Home Improvement ("us," "we," or "our").


By accessing our website, engaging in a direct sales consultation, placing an order, or purchasing any products or services from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access our services or purchase our products.


1. Introduction

Swift Home Improvement operates as a direct sales business specializing in the sale and installation of water and air filtration systems. These Terms and Conditions govern all sales, services, and interactions between you, the customer ("you," "your"), and Swift Home Improvement.


2. Products and Services

We offer a range of water filtration systems, air purification systems, related accessories, and installation and maintenance services. All products and services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or service at any time. Product specifications, features, and pricing are subject to change without prior notice.


3. Ordering and Sales Process

a. Direct Sales Model

Our products are primarily sold through in-home consultations and demonstrations conducted by our authorized independent sales representatives. During these consultations, our representatives will assess your needs, provide product information, and assist you in selecting the appropriate system.

b. Order Placement

All orders are subject to acceptance by Swift Home Improvement. An order is placed when you sign a sales agreement or purchase order with our authorized representative. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.

c. Pricing and Payment

Prices for products and services will be quoted by our sales representatives and are valid as stated on your sales agreement. All prices are in [Currency, e.g., Canadian Dollars] and are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST/HST, PST, etc.), which will be added to the total amount. Payment terms will be specified in your sales agreement. Full payment or a deposit, as agreed, is required before delivery or installation. For certain payment arrangements, we may conduct credit checks through third-party agencies, subject to your consent where required by law.

4. Delivery and Installation

a. Scheduling

Upon order confirmation and receipt of any required deposit, we will contact you to schedule the delivery and installation of your system. Delivery and installation dates are estimates and are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of any delays.

b. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that the installation site is prepared according to our representative's instructions (e.g., clear access, necessary plumbing/electrical connections available). Failure to adequately prepare the site may result in delays or additional charges.

c. Installation Services

Our trained technicians will install the purchased filtration system(s). Installation services are provided with reasonable care and skill. Any damage to your property caused by our negligence during installation will be our responsibility.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

a. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order, in writing, within 10 days of signing the sales agreement without penalty. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee, as outlined in your sales agreement.

b. Return Policy

Due to the nature of water and air filtration systems and for hygiene reasons, products are generally not eligible for return once installed or used, unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery/installation. If a product is defective or damaged upon delivery or installation, you must notify us within [Number] days of delivery/installation. We will arrange for inspection, repair, or replacement at our discretion.

c. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within [Number] business days to the original method of payment. Shipping and installation fees are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.

6. Product Warranties

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swift Home Improvement shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the products or services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the products or services; (iii) any content obtained from the products or services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the products/services, regardless of the form of the action, will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service directly related to the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, as well as product designs and proprietary information shared during direct sales interactions, is the property of Swift Home Improvement or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

9. User Conduct

You agree to use our website and interact with our representatives respectfully and lawfully. You agree not to:

  • Engage in any activity that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing.
